The service You Provide is absolute rubbish

I am trying to warn you about a person on your website. I think he or they are trying to scam vulnerable women out of money.
This person named Tony said he was an engineer and he worked in London all week and came home to Doncaster at weekends. He requested photos. I said this site doesn't have that option; I wasn't going to send any anyway. I told Tony about the holidays that I had been on; he suggested we meet up.
I asked where, and he said whatever I was comfortable with, then warned me that he was 6ft tall, weighing in at 15 stone, and he said he was big all over. I questioned this; I said, 'What do you mean? I hope you are a gentleman because I'm a lady.' He replied that he was a gentleman. I said when would you like to meet up?
This became like the subject was being avoided. Then I questioned him because he asked me if I fancied him. I said I don't because I didn't know if that was him; he said it definitely was. He contacted me twice this weekend at approximately 4 in the morning.
This morning, after wishing me a beautiful day, he quickly replied to say he was an early riser. I said I'm not. Then it suddenly hit me—why would someone be getting up that early at a weekend? I thought he's not in this country.
I said what I thought, and if I was wrong, I would eat my words.
He removed himself from his account. He gave me his phone number to send him photos: 0791735****, before I told him I thought he was a scammer.

Very unhelpful I wouldn't recommend them they don't care about your circumstances. They don't care about scammers on there site. Less than 1 week and they take £65.00 off you .

I have been charged for 12 months, apparently on 3/9/25, I joined. I actually joined a week ago and then cancelled.
You have taken money out of my bank but I couldn't have done this as it's only March, not September. I would never take out a 12-month subscription as I left after a week. I joined this month, March 2025.
Please reply as to why I owe you, as the site was only used for one week and I never signed up for 12 months. I would like a refund.

Nobody is helping me to retrieve my account, there is nobody that you can actually speak with and eharmony or fast enough in taking payment but there is nobody support thereafter
I have paid for a years subscription and somehow my account has been either deleted as I cant login it has asked me to rejoin and taken me to the questionnaire please will you help me as I paid £150 just a few days ago

Cant use the account properly Ive been paying 17.90 since 26/9/2024 last payment on 26/3/25 couldnt access eharmony all this year until now, eharmony keeps asking me to upgrade for full service, Im already paying £17.90 a month what a cheek.

As if they’re a fraudulent online company.
It looks like this fraudulent company is owned by one person with fake profiles of people.All they after is your money and they make sure they get your bank details.If they’re genuine, why don’t they allow easy ways of cancellations to their customers??? ***

Full refund for what? There is no allowance for “I’m so stupid and needed 7 warning signs from the same contact” or “Forgive me, I am slow and thought this was site was full of only legitimate people.”
I have requested a full refund because eharmany isn’t for me and after someone tried to scam me I’m not interested in dating sites.
